Solutions for Every Business Event – In-Person, Virtual & Hybrid
Delegate Select’s cloud-based solutions offer enormous flexibility. They can be used at in-person events and at virtual events with local or global audiences. In April 2021, we will be rolling out an extremely comprehensive solution for hybrid events, where in-person and virtual participants can arrange meetings with each other.
Although our solutions can provide end-to-end functionality from registration through to personalized itineraries, as well as badging and lead retrieval at tradeshows, all our clients come to us because of our expertise in 1-to-1 meetings. Generally, client events will fall into one of the patterns below:
One Group Diary
Suitable for events where all participants can meet each other. Meetings are scheduled by attendees.

Two Group Diary
Suitable for events with two groups (e.g. visitors in one group and exhibitors, suppliers or sponsors in the other). Meetings are arranged between the members of each group. If required, attendees can also meet those within their own group. Meetings are scheduled by attendees.

One Group Summit
Suitable for peer-to-peer networking events, where some attendees are in great demand. Attendees provide preferences about desired meeting partners, but meetings are scheduled by the organizer.

Suitable for Buyer/Supplier events, where attendees within one or both groups are in great demand. Attendees provide preferences about desired meeting partners, but meetings are scheduled by the organizer.

Variant on Two-Group Diary event, but here a Team Leader (e.g. Stand Manager at an exhibition or a Head of a Delegation) arranges meetings but can assign individual meetings to members of their team.
